Following confirmation that the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) subsidy will go ahead in 2011, Chris Huhne, UK Secretary of State for Energy and Climate Change, visited Surrey University to see one of the many sites that local business LC Energy supplies with renewable and low carbon energy.
